We're currently seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Director.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
Engage with your team and families daily
Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

Who You Are

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Those with an associate’s degree in qualifying field will be reviewed.
At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
Clean background and up-to-date health screenings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
Bilingual or experience with special education.
Leadership or mentor experience.
