Officers currently sworn in North Carolina may be eligible for up to a $7,500 hiring bonus. We are a small, efficient, well-trained group of problem solvers and community partners patrolling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are a nationally accredited police agency, voluntarily submitting ourselves each year for review by The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement (CALEA).

Starting Pay Ranges from $53,814 – 74,416
Starting Annual Salary w/o incentives = $ 52,813 plus 13 paid holidays and shift differential pay
