We are a small, efficient, well-trained group of problem solvers and community partners patrolling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are a nationally accredited police agency, voluntarily submitting ourselves each year for review by The Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement (CALEA).

Starting Pay Ranges from $53,814 – 74,416

Starting Annual Salary w/o incentives = $ 52,813 plus 13 paid holidays and shift differential pay

5% increase for Associate’s Degree / 10% increase for Bachelor’s Degree

5% for Bi-lingual skills / 5% for 3+ years of Military Service with Honorable Discharge
5% for every 3 years of full-time sworn service (up to 9 years/15%)
Eligible for a 5% increase in pay after successful completion of 12-month-probation
