HOW TO APPLY:

STEP 1: REVIEW THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

21 Years of age (candidates may apply 6 months before their 21st birthday)
United States Citizen
A minimum of 54 accredited college credits
- Substitutes:
Military Experience:
Three Years of active military service can substitute for the college credit requirement.
Police Experience:
Three Years of full-time law enforcement (police officer) experience can substitute for the college credit requirement.

STEP 2: APPLY ONLINE

STEP 3: ATTEND IN-PERSON MEETING

Applicants who meet the minimum requirements and police department standards will be scheduled for an in-person meeting.
During this meeting, applicants will complete paperwork and be provided with additional information about the final steps.

STEP 4: INVITATION TO INTERVIEW/ORAL BOARD

Upon completion of the application and all of the documentation, applicants will be invited to an interview.
