Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for training programs.
Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation of cutting-edge, compliant training curricula.
Training Delivery: Lead a team of trainers to deliver high-quality programs.
Performance Assessment: Measure and improve training effectiveness.
Resource Management: Allocate budgets, equipment, and facilities efficiently.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure training activities meet legal and ethical standards.
Partnership Building: Collaborate with external agencies and experts.
Reporting: Maintain records and prepare reports for senior management.
Professional Development: Stay updated on trends and innovations in law enforcement training.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a law enforcement, military, or government services instructor
NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor Certified
At least five years in a training environment
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law enforcement, or related field (master’s preferred)
Proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs
Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in law enforcement training
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
PA State Police MPOETC Basic Instructor Development Certification (Preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft products

Work Environment:

Diverse environments depending on situational demands
Some travel required
Must be able to carry a firearm safely
Occasional lifting/moving of objects up to 50 pounds
