SJPD Police Recruit Application Process:
Complete Supplemental Questions: 40 Personal history questions.
- Complete (1) Written Test: We accept the Pellet B Exam or the NTN Test
- Complete (1) Physical Agility Test: WSTB or SJPD In House Test
- Interview: Schedule an interview
- Background Investigation Process: Complete a Personal History Statement Packet
- San Jose Police Academy: Complete 32 week program with an hourly rate of $54.57
